We respect your right to have your data removed. Use this form to request deletion of your Productivity Coach data.

What Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove all data associated with your account, including:

Note: Screen time data, goals, and preferences are stored locally on your device and are automatically removed when you uninstall the app. The deletion request below covers server-side data only.

Deletion Request Form

Please provide the email address associated with your Productivity Coach account. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation email when complete.

Request Received

We've received your data deletion request. You'll receive a confirmation email within 48 hours, and your data will be fully deleted within 30 days.

Alternative Methods

You can also request data deletion by emailing us directly at hello@prod-coach.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your data has been fully removed from our servers. During this period, your data may still exist in encrypted backups, which are purged on a regular rotation cycle.
